Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Training Audiologist to join our team at GN Group. As a key member of our Commercial Sales Team, you will be responsible for providing product and software training to customers, as well as audiological support to influence buying behavior change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality customer training programs to increase customer knowledge and skills with ReSound product lines.
  • Provide audiological support to customers, including hearing aid fitting and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Work closely with sales teams to support sales of all products within specified geography.
  • Conduct needs analysis and provide appropriate training solutions for accounts.
  • Represent ReSound at national, state, and regional meetings, including Consumer Education Seminars, Open Houses, and CEU Seminars.
  • Play a key role in promoting and demonstrating products during launch trainings.
  • Provide consultative resources to help develop business growth.
  • Schedule travel independently and within corporate guidelines to maximize effectiveness and cost efficiencies.
  • Maintain accurate administrative records, including expenses within published corporate guidelines.
  • Interact with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Product Management, Technical Support, and Research & Development to ensure a quality customer experience.
  • Contribute to the enrichment and/or development of training content.
Requirements
  • AuD or PhD in Audiology, with a Master's Degree in Audiology considered.
  • Current state license in Audiology.
  • At least two years of hearing aid dispensing experience (post externship).
  • Ability to travel 75% of the time (3-4 days/week average).
Working Environment

This is a field-based position, requiring extensive travel by air, auto, and train. The ideal candidate will be able to lift 15lbs at a time and will be required to sit, walk, and stand for extended periods.
