- Anticipate and obtain necessary project information, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Consult with engineers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Effectively manage complex structural design and optimize resource utilization to meet project deadlines.
- Supervise team members to ensure quality and effective communication of project requirements.
- Coordinate and assume responsibility for all work under their direction.
- Deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients and grow business.
- Collaborate with team members and managers to meet project objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering with a focus on structural design.
- At least 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with a strong understanding of industry standards and practices.
- Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and other design drafting software, as well as engineering tools like RISA 3D and Excel.
- Familiarity with AISC, ACI, ASCE, NDS, and building codes.
- Ability to work flexible schedules and adapt to changing project needs.
