Job Summary:

Albany Med Health System is seeking a highly skilled analyst to join our retail pharmacy team. As an Epic Systems analyst, you will provide technical support and ensure that our systems meet the business needs of our organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary support contact for the application area, coordinating issues and providing technical assistance.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, report details, and technical issues associated with Epic Software.
  • Analyze business operations and make build decisions, prioritizing and implementing requested changes to the system.
  • Develop and document project team procedures for implementing system changes and other tasks.
  • Serve as a liaison between end users, third parties, and Epic implementation staff, maintaining regular communication with Epic representatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Must become Epic certified within the time outlined upon hire.
  • 3 years of relevant experience.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Ability to learn quickly and manage complex workflows independently.
