Job Title: 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse AssociateJob Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and shipping merchandise in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming shipments, ensuring accurate and efficient receipt of merchandise.
  • Store and maintain merchandise in a safe and organized manner, adhering to company standards and guidelines.
  • Prepare and load merchandise for shipment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
  • Perform general cleaning duties to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Participate in inventory counts and audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
  • Collaborate with peers and supervisors to achieve warehouse goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 45 pounds, with frequent bending, reaching, and standing.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic arithmetic skills, with ability to perform calculations and make decisions based on data.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent changes in priorities and deadlines.
