About the Position

This grant-funded project aims to evaluate the carbon sequestration potential of roadside vegetation. The selected candidate will participate in field testing, collecting data from various locations in Texas.

Duties and Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be responsible for:
  • Conducting field measurements and data collection in accordance with established protocols.
  • Collaborating with the research team to ensure accurate and reliable data.
  • Participating in regular team meetings to discuss progress and share knowledge.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must have:
  • A strong academic record, preferably in an engineering or environmental science-related field.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to conduct fieldwork, often in outdoor settings.

What We Offer
