  • Monitor schedules in real-time to maximize efficiency and profitability.
  • Track job completions and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Facilitate processing of completed jobs, handling materials, and accurate billing.
  • Manage administrative paperwork and perform employee performance reviews.
  • Participate in planning and establishing department goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Management experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Strong communication and technical skills.

  • Estimated salary range $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
