Job Overview

Role Summary:
  • Accountable for producing high-quality rotationally molded plastic components using advanced molding techniques.
  • Manufactures plastic elements for playgrounds, including swings, slides, tunnels, and additional features.
  • Standard Shift Start Time: 6AM.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute the molding of plastic components while achieving set efficiency and quality benchmarks.
  • Prepare and load the molding machinery according to specific job order requirements.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and accurate labeling of parts.
  • Comply with all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Support colleagues in various tasks within the department as needed.
Essential Attributes:
  • Basic proficiency in computer operations.
  • Open to cross-training and adapting to different roles.
  • Ability to make decisive judgments regarding part quality.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization capabilities.
  • Collaborative team player, able to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications:
  • Adhere to established work procedures.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable with handling and maneuvering products.
