We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Night Auditor to join our team at Maya Hotels. As a Night Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all front desk and accounting functions during the overnight shift.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Operations: Conduct check-in and check-out processes, provide exceptional customer service, handle guest issues, and manage guest reservations.
  • Night Audit Functions: Perform accurate and thorough auditing of financial transactions, reconcile daily revenue and charges, and prepare and distribute daily reports.
  • Accounting and Financial Controls: Maintain and update financial records, process and review invoices, and monitor and control cash handling procedures.
  • Night Security and Safety: Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees, monitor and control access to the hotel, and respond to emergencies.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting or hospitality is preferred.
  • Previous experience in front office operations or night audit roles is desirable.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of hotel property management systems and accounting software.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
