Key Qualifications:

This role requires physical stamina, including the ability to stand for extended periods, engage in floor play, and lift children when necessary. Candidates should possess a warm demeanor, familiarity with educational regulations, and CPR certification. A successful background check is mandatory, and clear communication skills in English are essential for interaction with staff, parents, and children.
