  • Provide skilled nursing care to an adolescent male with complex medical needs
  • Collaborate with the patient's family and healthcare team to develop and implement a comprehensive care plan
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the patient's needs and develop strategies to meet those needs
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the patient's physician
  • Monitor the patient's condition and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team

Requirements:

  • Current RN/LVN license to practice in the state of Texas
  • Current CPR certification
