Job Summary:

The Occupational Therapy Assistant will implement therapeutic activities to address clients' developmental goals, collaborate with the supervising Occupational Therapist and other healthcare professionals, provide family education and support, and maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' developmental goals.
  • Collaborate with the supervising Occupational Therapist and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Provide family education and support to ensure effective carryover of therapeutic interventions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.
Qualifications:
  • Active Arizona State License as an Occupational Therapy Assistant or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Previous experience working with pediatric clients is preferred.
  • Article 9 Certification.
