{"Overview": "We are seeking a certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to provide per diem services at Palms West Hospital in Loxahatchee, FL.

Our hospital is a Level-III, 18-bed NICU and newborn nursery, offering a full range of pediatric services, including hematology/oncology and pediatric sedation programs.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a 3-physician, 4 NNP team providing 24/7 coverage, with 12 hour shifts.

Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality patient care in the NICU and newborn nursery
* Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
* Participate in academic affiliation with a pediatric residency program, mentoring, teaching, and training pediatric residents

Qualifications:

* Current APRN national specialty certification
* Minimum of a master's degree
