- Operate under the guidance of nursing and medical personnel to assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Monitor and document patients' progress, preparing reports for Registered Nurses or other medical staff.
- Measure and record vital signs and collect specimens for laboratory analysis.
- Facilitate basic patient transport and perform housekeeping tasks as needed.
- Track and document patients' intake and output, assist with mobility exercises, and perform blood draws.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic Life Support certification.
Preferred Qualifications
- A minimum of two years of experience in acute or long-term care settings.
- Completion of an accredited CNA, PCT, or paramedic program, or current enrollment in a nursing program.
