Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at Wise Staffing Group. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate assembly of parts and materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble parts and materials according to written, illustrated, and verbal instructions, including work orders.
  • Utilize a variety of tools and equipment, such as adhesive tape, glue guns, heat guns, sonic welders, drills, and other specialized machinery.
  • Stage completed parts and prepare them for shipping.
  • Support the completion of documentation as required.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to established quality and safety standards.
  • Report quality errors, material issues, and other quality concerns as necessary.
  • Operate a forklift as required to complete tasks.
  • Perform other tasks and support different workstations as production needs dictate.
Requirements
  • Ability to read written instructions, interpret illustrated instructions, and understand and follow oral instructions to complete assembly as directed.
  • Mathematical skills to understand, analyze, and interpret written instructions that include measurements.
  • Reasoning ability to read written instructions, interpret illustrated instructions, and understand and follow oral instructions to complete assembly as directed.
  • Physical demands to stand, stoop, bend, twist, lean over, and lift up to 40 pounds.
Working Conditions

This role is a 7AM-4PM shift with a pay scale of $15.00-$16.50.
