Job Description:

The Nurse Practitioner (NP) Clinic Role is an excellent opportunity to join our team at UnitedHealth Group. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing primary and specialty care services to patients in a clinic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in accordance with Company protocols, established standards of nursing practice, and the FL Nurse Practice Act
  • Screen patients with signs or symptoms of illness and work with the clinical team for appropriate treatment, plan of care and disposition
  • Ensure patient monitoring and follow up

Requirements:

  • High school graduate, GED or equivalent
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in Science
  • Valid Florida RN license
  • Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers (AHA) or CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer (American Red Cross)
  • Ability to obtain CPR certification within 90 days of employment

Estimated Salary: $70,000-$90,000 per year
