We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team at TGI Fridays. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests, and promoting our brand values.

• Guest Experience: Greet guests with a warm smile, build rapport, and ensure an enjoyable dining experience.
• Food and Beverage Service: Promptly and accurately take food and beverage requests from guests, and ensure expedient service.
• Upselling and Promotions: Learn our menu and beverages, expertly recommend and upsell on items, and promote our brand and menu items.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol: ID guests ordering alcoholic beverages who appear to be 40 years old or younger, and follow all Fridays Service Style Standards.

• Physical Demands: Must be able to deliver plates and food, clear tables, lift up to 30 lbs, and stand and walk during entire shift.
• Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and team members, and respond calmly to problems and conflicts.
• Teamwork and Collaboration: Must be able to work effectively as part of a team, take on additional responsibilities, and maintain a positive and supportive working relationship with team members.

• Passion for the Guest: Creates a seamless guest experience by being the face of the door, welcoming guests, and enthusiastically meeting their needs.
