About the Role
This full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of $20.78. As a Direct Support Caregiver, you will be responsible for:
- Providing personalized support and assistance to participants with daily living tasks
- Assisting with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
- Encouraging participation in community activities and promoting social interaction
- Supporting participants with complex needs and behavioral challenges
