Position Overview:
Parkview Nursing and Rehab is actively seeking dedicated and skilled Registered Nurses to enhance our team.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Registered Nurse, you will:
1. Assume full authority and accountability for your nursing duties.
2. Conduct thorough assessments of residents' physical and emotional well-being, determining their immediate and ongoing care needs.
3. Delegate nursing responsibilities to appropriate staff based on resident needs and care area layouts.
4. Ensure compliance with the Nurse Practice Act while overseeing all aspects of direct resident care.
5. Monitor and implement restorative measures as outlined in each resident's care plan.
6. Report any changes in residents' conditions to the Director of Nursing promptly.
7. Assist physicians during rounds, providing updates on residents' statuses and any medical emergencies.
8. Organize work schedules to facilitate education, supervision, and performance evaluations of nursing staff.
9. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in resident charts and care plans.
10. Write daily nursing notes and monthly summaries for skilled residents as per the established schedule.
11. Ensure timely execution of physician orders, including lab tests and medication administration.

Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in good standing.
- Completion of a training and competency evaluation program.
- Orientation completion as per company policy.
- Health screening and TB test (if applicable) within two weeks of employment.
- Mandatory drug screening within 90 days of hire.
- Clean criminal background check.
- Proof of identity and employment eligibility within three days of hire.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
