ManTech is seeking a highly skilled Scheduler & Earned Value Analyst to join our team in a dynamic and challenging role. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining complex project schedules, analyzing data, and providing critical insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain integrated government schedules (IGS) using various project documentation and program/project team input
  • Review and evaluate project documentation, including Statements of Work (SOW), Integrated Master Plans (IMP), and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
  • Facilitate meetings with program/project stakeholders to support schedule processes
  • Monitor and analyze schedule data using MS Project and MS Excel
  • Identify and present critical path tasks and schedule risks
  • Perform earned value analysis and produce stoplight reports for executive leadership
  • Support program/project teams throughout the project lifecycle, providing schedule products and insights

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and four (4) years of relevant work experience or Associates with seven (7) years of experience
  • Relevant work experience must include critical path scheduling and earned value management
  • Ability to travel occasionally (10-15%) within the continental United States
  • Must be able to report to customer site five (5) days per week

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Scheduling and earned value experience specific to NAVAIR/DoD
  • Experience utilizing wInsight

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Secret clearance required to perform work on this contract
