About the Position

This Patient Care Coordinator role plays a critical part in delivering high-quality patient care services to our students at Tulane University Staff.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a college healthcare setting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate patient care services, including scheduling appointments and managing medical records
  2. Provide administrative support to the healthcare team
  3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care services

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year experience in a medical setting
  • Registered Medical Assistant certification by the AMT or Certified Medical Assistant certification by the AAMA, AAH
  • Experience working in a college healthcare setting (preferred)

Salary and Benefits

$50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and holidays.
