Job Description

  • Analyzing RFPs/RFQs and developing proposal content, processes, and schedules to ensure successful project pursuits.
  • Coordinating the company's design-build proposal pursuits and managing annual prequalification applications to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborating with Chief Estimators to identify, prioritize, and track current and prospective projects, and providing strategic planning activities to include setting long- and short-term departmental goals.
  • Maintaining clear brand guidelines and implementing brand consistency both internally and externally, and managing the Marketing Specialist position to ensure effective team performance.
  • Gathering and creating content such as resumes, project descriptions, blog posts, social media content, and other narratives as needed to showcase the company's expertise.
  • Preparing executive-level marketing and business development reports to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Managing the company's CRM system and all information gathering regarding employees, projects, clients, and consultants.
  • Preparing management teams for project interviews and presentations, and creating and maintaining company marketing materials, including website, brochures, signage, publications, etc.
  • Responsible for company communications including newsletter and recruiting materials, and coordinating project photography and employee headshots.
  • Designing and coordinating the company's promotional items and branded materials, and providing branded collateral for career fairs and trade shows.
  • Organizing and coordinating employee involvement in industry organizations and networking opportunities, and participating in industry events and client meetings as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, along with 5+ years of experience in marketing and proposals, preferably with government proposals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite experience is preferred.
