Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Overnight Cleaner to join our team at Planet Fitness. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and upholding the high standards of our Judgement Free Zone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Maintenance: Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, fitness equipment, and gym floors in accordance with Planet Fitness standards and guidelines.
  • Stocking and Supplies: Stock locker rooms with proper supplies and paper products, and properly dispose of trash.
  • Reporting and Maintenance: Report any broken or missing amenities or equipment to the Club Manager, and follow the Lost and Found Policy.
  • Customer Service: Provide a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free experience.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Custodial Experience: Previous experience in custodial or janitorial roles is preferred.
  • Punctuality and Reliability: Punctuality and reliability are essential for this role.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to walk, stand, and sit for prolonged periods, and to lift, carry, push, and/or pull moderate to heavy amounts of weight (over 80lbs).
  • Communication: Ability to verbally communicate with colleagues and members.
