  • Provide consultations to evaluate the insurance needs, risk factors, current coverage, and financial status of potential clients, offering personalized advice
  • Maintain precise documentation, databases, and financial records to keep information current
  • Carry out customer service duties including welcoming new clients, scheduling appointments, and addressing inquiries regarding billing, coverage, and insurance policies
Requirements
  • A solid background in health insurance or life insurance is required
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are vital for excelling in this position
  • Proficiency in utilizing the Microsoft Office suite is a mandatory requirement for all applicants
  • An active Life & Health insurance license is highly beneficial, or candidates must be open to acquiring one
  • Individuals with prior experience in customer service or as a sales representative will be given preference
