- Assist Registered Nurses in the preparation and maintenance of patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and contribute to the development of patient care plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and quality care.
- Current Florida LPN License
- Two (2) plus years' experience in a healthcare setting
- BLS (AHA Healthcare Provider) certification
