Warehouse Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at Umanist Staffing LLC. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient storage, handling, and distribution of aerospace components and materials.

• Receive, inspect, and store aerospace parts and materials in accordance with industry safety standards and regulations.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and maintain accurate records to prevent shortages and ensure timely delivery of high-quality aerospace products.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery to safely transport and store aerospace components, adhering to strict safety protocols and regulations.
• Pick, pack, and ship aerospace materials in compliance with customer requirements and shipping regulations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Perform quality control checks on inbound and outbound aerospace products to maintain industry standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to strict safety regulations and protocols.
• Assist in conducting regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records and identify areas for improvement.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse processes and efficiency, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill aerospace material requests and order requirements, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Adhere to strict aerospace industry regulations and quality standards throughout all warehouse operations, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
• Document and report any discrepancies, damages, or issues related to aerospace materials and inventory, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing downtime.
• Support the implementation of lean management principles and best practices in warehouse operations, driving continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Participate in training programs to stay updated on aerospace industry regulations, warehouse procedures, and industry best practices.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience working in a warehouse environment, preferably in the aerospace industry.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling aerospace materials and components.
• Good physical condition and stamina to handle the demands of a warehouse environment.
• Basic computer skills for entering and accessing warehouse data.
• Understanding of quality control processes and procedures in the aerospace industry.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors.
• Willingness to adhere to strict safety regulations in a warehouse setting.
• Flexibility to work in different shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
• Knowledge of hazardous materials handling regulations is a plus.
• Certification in warehouse operations or forklift operation is preferred.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing warehouse challenges.
