Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Clerk to join our team at Holiday Companies. As a Store Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and performing various sales and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and restrooms.
  • Sales and Operations: Process sales transactions, handle customer payments, and perform various sales and operational tasks as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, as well as maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Security and Safety: Report any incidents or concerns to management, and maintain a safe and secure store environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
Work Environment

The Store Clerk will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with frequent customer interactions and exposure to various weather conditions. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and store maintenance.
