Responsibilities:- Direct the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and strategies to improve departmental operations and patient satisfaction.
- Organize operations to provide high-quality, cost-effective services, and model leadership and teaming excellence by providing advice and counsel to staff to improve effectiveness.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that support the delivery of services to meet all productivity plans, and coordinate and integrate services to meet contractual requirements.
- Conduct ongoing assessments, maintain quality control programs, and improve departmental operations, and direct staff to manage departmental turnover while maintaining high employee and patient satisfaction.
- Identify marketing and collaborative opportunities for the department.
- High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management, or Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Certified Radiology Administrator preferred, and Masters degree preferred.
- Proven leadership experience, strong background in healthcare operations, and interpersonal and communication skills.
