Job Title: RN Nursing Staff Position

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Wellstar Health System. As a Clinical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation) in the performance of clinical care using evidence-based practice.
  • Provide relationship-based patient-centered care that is consistent with population-specific characteristics.
  • Coordinate the delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care that promotes the professional care delivery model.
  • Participate in performance improvement, research, and research utilization to promote safe, quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve best practice outcomes and support efficient and effective use of human and material resources.
Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree in nursing or Graduate of accredited/approved school of nursing.
  • Direct Patient Care Experience.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English language.
  • Optimize the use of technology to support clinical care and hold basic computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
