We are seeking a highly skilled Audiologist to join our team at HearingLife, a national hearing care company with over 600 locations across the United States.
This is a full-time, 4-day work week position, with opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical expertise to diagnose and treat hearing loss, ensuring a positive patient experience.
- Act in accordance with industry and state professional licensing standards.
- Grow patient population and meet practice financial goals.
- Provide quality care and aftercare of dispensing services, including hearing tests, hearing aid fittings, and education.
- Perform checks on hearing aids and other amplification devices, including troubleshooting and repairs.
- Achieve practice growth with a strong mindset on sales and key business metrics, while maintaining ethical practice standards.
- Local community outreach, including health fairs and developing physician relationships.
- Counsel patients on the purchase of hearing aids, devices, and accessories.
- Understand and meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly clinical finance targets.
- Support Telehealth initiatives to expand patient care and product portfolio.
- Active Hearing Aid Dispensing License or Audiology License in accordance with state requirements.
- 2+ years Hearing Aid sales experience or 2 years equivalent in industry training under a licensed HIS or AuD.
