As a valued member of our kitchen team at Jim 'N Nick's BBQ, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized environment for our guests and staff.
Key responsibilities include:
- Cleaning, sanitizing, and drying all china, glassware, silverware, and other equipment returned to the dish hall station by servers, bartenders, and server assistants or from other associates.
- Ensuring all dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
- Participating in a team environment to achieve a clean and efficient kitchen.
