We are seeking a highly skilled IC Design Program Manager to drive coordination activities and manage design and validation execution for IC development, specifically analog, digital, layout, and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage technical planning, reviews, and action tracking across analog, digital, layout, and applications.
  • Support project leads and functional leads in detailed technical planning, including reviews, risks, and status updates.
  • Lead technical discussions and support risk analysis mitigation planning across four key disciplines.
  • Act as a liaison between disciplines and highlight technical dependencies across domains.
  • Support project leads in organizing and documenting project-related meetings.
  • Align technical design actions between analog, digital, layout, and applications.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering with a focus on project execution.
  • Typically more than 12 years of experience in a similar role involving technical coordination of mixed-signal product development.
  • Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with analog design, ideally within PMIC space.
  • Advanced knowledge of Product IC design flow, development procedures, and deliverables.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate project solutions and alternatives.
  • Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and challenges.
  • PRINCE2 or PMP certification is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with multi-site, multi-national, and multi-cultural teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and be proactive and self-motivated.
  • Capability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Outward-looking, positive individual with a strategic thinker's approach.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with good written and verbal English.
  • Willingness to travel when necessary.
