About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Machine Learning Data Associate to join our Information Data Operations (IDO) team at Amazon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for editing, writing, and delivering high-quality data for internal and external customers.

Your primary focus will be on language data, primarily in the areas of editing, writing, and general data analysis deliverables. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our data is accurate, engaging, and meets the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Editing high-quality and engaging copy
  • Understanding how people use language to convey meaning
  • Delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines
  • Translating established guidelines into daily work practices
  • Working autonomously with minimal direction
  • Handling unique data analysis requests from a range of customers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communication, Linguistics, or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • High attention to detail, including precise and effective communication
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  • History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done

Compensation:

The base pay for this position ranges from $44,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $56,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
