Housekeeper - Seven Bays

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the unit, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail. This role requires strong sanitation habits, customer service skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Clean and maintain assigned areas, adhering to company standards and "green" initiatives.
• Change linens, make beds, and ensure all furniture and fixtures are dust-free and clean.
• Perform laundry duties as assigned and notify management of any quality control issues or needed repairs.
• Maintain awareness of safety issues and report them immediately to management.

• Partial High School education; High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• Strong customer service abilities and an ability to learn and follow important safety precautions.
• Ability to recognize and communicate problems to management.

• Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, frequent bending, lifting, carrying, and reaching/ extending arms and hands above shoulder height.
• Lifting, carrying, and pushing up to 35 lbs. regularly, 45 lbs. frequently, and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to stand for the entire work day and to climb steps regularly.

• Rolling cart.
• Industrial Washer and Dryer.
• Cleaning Supplies (including detergents, chemicals, vacuums, mops, brooms, scourers, hand towels, etc.).
