Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Residential Housekeeper to join our Environmental Services Team at Givens Estates, a continuing care retirement community in Asheville. As a Residential Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our residents' homes and common areas.
Responsibilities- Maintain high levels of facility cleanliness and appearance by ensuring that residences, common areas, and administrative areas are kept clean and well-maintained.
- Meet emergency cleaning situations and respond promptly to resident requests.
- Build rapport and trust with residents and fellow team members by providing exceptional service and support.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to move, bend, and lift regularly throughout shift.
- Take personal responsibility for safety in the workplace.
- High School or GED equivalent is preferred, and previous housekeeping experience is a plus.
- A competitive hourly rate of $19.00, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
