Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to every guest.
  • Assist customers with their purchases and clarify pricing details.
  • Efficiently operate the cash register and apply basic mathematical skills for transactions.
  • Familiarize yourself with item pricing and promotional offers.
  • Maintain a tidy sales floor and dressing area by organizing merchandise and returning items as needed.
  • Encourage customers to participate in our 'Round-Up' initiative to support community programs.
  • Achieve or surpass daily sales targets.
  • Support various store operations as directed by management.

Work Schedule:
This part-time position typically requires 20-28 hours per week, with flexibility based on business needs. Availability to work shifts throughout the week, including weekends, is essential.

Qualifications:
  • Basic math proficiency.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Experience with cash handling is advantageous.
  • Warehouse experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
