Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nursing Supervisor to join our team at Appledorn Assisted Living Center North. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care and service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Treat all residents with dignity and respect, providing excellent care and service in accordance with their individual plans of care.
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of resident services staff, ensuring seamless delivery of care and services.
  • Assure residents are treated with kindness and respect, and that their safety and well-being are prioritized.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, licensed healthcare professionals, and family members to ensure continuity of care and good relations.
  • Complete required paperwork and documentation, including incident reports and staff performance reviews.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent credential.
  • Leadership ability and experience in supervising staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
