Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Competitive Analyst to join our Product Marketing team. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Product Marketing, this role is perfect for someone with less than three years of work experience who is keen on diving deep into competitive analysis, market dynamics, and customer behavior. If you have a knack for unraveling complex problems and a passion for technology, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Competitive Analysis:
Conduct detailed analysis of competitors' products, sales strategies, and market presence. Gather data through market research, industry reports, customer reviews, and direct monitoring of competitors' activities.

Market Insights:
Stay abreast of industry and market trends and shifts in the competitive landscape. Analyze market dynamics and customer behavior to identify opportunities and threats.

Reporting:
Develop regular reports on competitive intelligence and market trends. Present findings to the Product Marketing team and senior management to inform strategic decisions.

Collaborative Projects:
Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to translate competitive insights into actionable strategies. Support marketing campaigns and product development based on learned market dynamics.

Tool Mastery:
Utilize various analytical tools and software to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of competitive analysis.

Feedback Loop:

Act as a liaison between market realities and product strategy, ensuring that Copado's offerings remain competitive and aligned with customer needs.


Sales Opportunities:

Liaise with Sales on key opportunities to aid the team in developing competitive proposals to win against the competition.

Attend our win-loss analysis to provide insights and gain intelligence around how to win against the competition.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with analytical emphasis.
1-3 years of experience in market research, business analysis, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to manage complex data sets.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Technical knowledge and experience with enterprise software, particularly Salesforce, is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for technology and innovation.

We have determined a salary range for this position that takes into account several factors including experience, knowledge, education, skills, and abilities.

The exact salary will be determined based on the individual's qualifications and experience, with consideration given to the factors listed above.

All employee benefits include a stake in shared success through stock options, health benefits, 401(k) plan, generous PTO, and a parental leave program.


Salary Range (OTE):
$110,000—$113,000 USD
