Entrepreneurial Auditor

Davies Risk Services provides premium audit and loss control services to various industries. We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Self-Directed Field Specialists.

As a Self-Directed Field Specialist, you will meet with clients to conduct a review of their business operations, financial records, and verify class codes assigned per industry and client standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Scheduling appointments with clients
• Submitting audit reports via web-portal and our exclusive premium auditing software
• Contacting clients and communicating via phone, email, and face-to-face discussions
• Examining commercial businesses' payroll and tax records
• Evaluating operational practices
• Adhering to customer requirements and quality standards
• Maintaining confidentiality and acting with integrity

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

• Successful candidates must live in the geographic area advertised
• Accounting or bookkeeping experience is helpful but not required
• Strong customer service and people skills are a must
• Numbers-oriented
• Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to use deductive reasoning to find solutions
