The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2-5 years of pertinent experience and demonstrate the ability to oversee a substantial number of cases, adhere to deadlines, formulate litigation strategies, and conduct thorough discovery while ensuring exceptional client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage cases from the initiation of the complaint through to trial
  • Lead and provide direction to the litigation team
  • Conduct depositions of involved parties, witnesses, and experts
  • Review and refine legal documents prepared by staff and associates
  • Prepare for trials and develop strategic approaches
  • Draft and strategize Motions in Limine and related trial documentation
  • Participate in jury trials as First and Second chair
  • Handle post-trial motions
  • Offer legal insights and opinions to clients
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant legal experience
  • At least 3-5 jury trial experiences as first chair
  • Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar
  • At least 5 years of experience in personal injury litigation
  • Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Strong skills in legal research and analysis
  • Experience with law and motion practice
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

Compensation: Up to $175,000.00
