Qualifications
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals.

  • Capable of working effectively in a team while also being self-sufficient.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
  • Familiarity with operating a POS system.
  • Physical capability to lift and move items weighing up to 75 lbs using appropriate techniques.
  • Full-time associates should have flexible availability; part-time associates must be available for a minimum of two weekend shifts and two weekday shifts.
Physical Requirements
  • Mobility on the sales floor for extended durations.
  • Ability to operate a POS system.
  • Capacity to lift and maneuver medium to large items safely.
