Job Summary

As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating unit staffing, providing leadership, and ensuring the implementation of clinical objectives and quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and direct nursing and support staff during assigned shifts
  • Assign and distribute patient care assignments, ensuring population-appropriate patient care
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of patient care and identify any issues that affect desired patient outcomes
  • Respond to complaints about patient care and manage through established channels
  • Contribute to or perform performance evaluations of staff
Requirements
  • Licensure/Certification/Registration: BLS Provider and Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing
  • Education: Required professional licensure/certification and 1 year of cumulative job-specific experience
