Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. in SeaTac, WA.

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Generalist will assist the HR team with various tasks such as employee relations, investigations, terminations, leave of absences, compliance, and other miscellaneous tasks that may arise.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with employee relations, investigations, and terminations
  • Manage leave of absences and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Provide support with recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Ability to read, speak, and write English
  • Reliable means of communication and transportation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Detail-oriented and good organizational skills
