About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Fagron Sterile Services. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely and complete fulfillment.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, providing clear and concise information.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support their territories and ensure comprehensive management of customer accounts.
  • Identify and escalate errors and anomalies, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing customer impact.
  • Provide sales support functions, including sending invoices, documentation requests, and marketing information.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and communicating effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong work ethic and attendance history.
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a business-to-business setting.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • AX or other ERP system experience is a plus.
