Key Responsibilities
  • Unload trucks and receive merchandise in a timely and efficient manner
  • Stock and face merchandise on shelves, ensuring that it is properly displayed and easily accessible to members
  • Assist fellow associates as needed throughout the store, providing excellent customer service and support
  • Sort and organize products in the backroom, ensuring that they are properly stored and easily accessible
  • Engage with vendors and drivers, providing a positive and professional experience
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area, adhering to company standards and procedures
Requirements
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 pounds) and stand for long periods of time
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
