Join CVS Health as a Staff Pharmacist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Pharmacist to join our team at CVS Health. As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing the Pharmacy Technician Support Staff
  • Ensure patient safety and quality care through adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices
  • Develop and implement patient care programs to promote healthy outcomes and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify business opportunities and drive growth and improvement in pharmacy operations
  • Lead by example, demonstrating empathy and compassion for patients, customers, and colleagues
Requirements:
  • Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment
  • Immunization Certification through an accredited organization
  • No pending felony charges or convictions for controlled substances
  • Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
