- Oversee the care provided by Physical Therapist Assistants and Therapy Technicians, including staff orientation and supervisory duties as needed.
- Evaluate patient needs and implement suitable physical therapy interventions while collaborating with the healthcare team to uphold professional standards.
- Monitor and assess treatment effectiveness, adjusting plans as necessary and communicating with physicians regarding patient progress.
- Conduct thorough assessments and reassessments for each patient, ensuring timely quality improvement scoring.
- Identify and address patient pain that may hinder rehabilitation progress, implementing appropriate interventions and physician consultations.
- Develop and maintain individualized care plans for physical therapy.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the relevant state.
- Experience in inpatient rehabilitation preferred.
- Valid BLS/CPR certification.
