Job Summary

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our OR team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch patient care, collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions, and contributing to the development of evidence-based practice standards.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct patient care according to established protocols and standards
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experience
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient records
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • 1+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in the US
  • 1+ years of experience required with Thoracic specialty
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
