Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Residential HVAC Installation Specialist to join our team in Wilmington, NC. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing residential and light commercial HVAC systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including packaged units, split systems, and central station air handlers.
  • Supervise and support field personnel on larger jobs, maintaining excellent communication with customers and project managers.
  • Perform installation services for residential and light commercial installations, adhering to company quality standards.
  • Coordinate material orders and deliveries with warehouse manager and project managers to maximize field production.
  • Prepare all paperwork pertinent to the installation project, including material pick sheets and refrigerant tracking forms.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work in outdoor weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift 60 lbs and work in tight spaces.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to work in a safe manner.
