About the Job
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a Short Term Acute Care Hospital environment as a Critical Care Nurse. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Administer medications as ordered and document patient responses.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment by adhering to infection control protocols.
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond promptly to emergencies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a Critical Care Nurse in a similar setting.
- Valid RN license in the state of Florida.
- BLS certification.
- Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN) certification preferred.
