Job Summary: As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and productivity of our manufacturing operations. Your responsibilities will include performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, and adhering to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily inspections of equipment and perform scheduled maintenance tasks.
  • Troubleshoot and repair packaging and production machines as needed.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3+ years of experience in production machine repair, preferably in an industrial setting.
  • Welding skills and experience with heavy machinery a plus.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with data entry software.
